This support is relevant when the team:

- Is welcoming and/or seeing the departure of key talents or team members.

- Support transformation dynamics: expansion, reorganization, restructuring…
- Identify and leverage collective success drivers: vision, corporate culture, implementation methodology…
- Identify and address obstacles: team cohesion, decision-making, unclear roles…
How do we work?
We work in an emergent, tailor-made way, grounded in real human dynamics.
- We establish an initial diagnosis and define a strategy.
- The intervention framework is co-designed with the client.
- The support adapts in real time to internal and external challenges, combining relational, operational, and concrete action plans.
- Particular attention is given to group energy and pacing.
- A follow-up session is offered six months after the end of the support.
Individual coaching

For what purpose?

How does it work?
- We start with an exploratory session (before any commitment) to clarify needs, objectives, and key success indicators.
- A personalized coaching plan :

- Regular assessment of the coaching plan when needed
- In corporate settings, an opening and closing tripartite meeting is usually included.
- When appropriate, we also leverage our professional network to connect clients with trusted peers, if we are not the most relevant facilitators
- For corporate coaching, a kick-off session (with the manager and/or HR) and a closing session are included.
Co-development workshops
For whom?
Managers and executives, project or cross-functional teams, HR and support functions, professionals in transition or development.
For what purpose?
Co-development is a peer-learning approach that stimulates collective intelligence, develops skills, and strengthens collaboration around real situations such as:
- Relational or managerial challenges.
- Organizational or leadership questions.
- Self-confidence, assertiveness, perspective-taking, prioritization…
How does it work?
- The “client” (one participant) presents a real situation.
- The “consultants” (the other participants) contribute through questions, insights, and suggestions.
- The facilitator ensures a safe framework, supports learning, and provides theoretical input when needed.
Typical format:
- One session per participant (e.g., 6 participants = 6 sessions).
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours depending on group size (maximum: 8 participants).
- Roles rotate to encourage engagement and collective learning.
Professional Networking

It is relevant for a client when he wants to :

Who we are?
Both professionals bring over 20 years of experience, giving them a deep understanding of organizations and the often delicate balance between business and people.
Alexia Honig
lived in Africa, Asia, and Europe, which nurtured her deep curiosity for others and honed her strong listening and adaptability skills. Her career as a Marketing executive in diverse Cosmetics companies (Clarins, Dior, Ioma…) drove her conviction that people’s energy and engagement are the organization’s greatest assets. She values diversity of perspectives and reveals each person’s genuine potential. She has a unique talent for identifying key levers for transformation and for connecting people.
Claire de Procé-Blanchard
has had a career as a journalist in print and digital media as a department head and editor-in-chief (Prisma Presse, M6…). She believes that human connection heals and has turned it into a practical lever in complex organizations, guiding leaders and teams to rebuild alignment for well-being and collective dynamics. Her strengths lie in her sensitive intelligence, rigorous approach, and keen insight into human behavior, always finding the right words to articulate what is at play.
